In this six-week series, you will have the chance to build or revise a course syllabus using evidence-based frameworks. Some course components will consist of live Zoom sessions and some will be completed on your own time. Subjects include inclusive design principles, effective student assessment, active learning, and more. You will earn a certificate of completion after finishing all course components. Please apply by June 9 - you will receive notification of your acceptance to the program by June 16.

January Friday Course Clinics

Have a question as you prepare to teach in winter quarter? Want to practice using a tool or Zoom feature, or brainstorm ideas for particular course or assignment? Want to make some adjustments after the first week? Then stop by a Friday Course Clinic (January 8th and 15th).Each Friday Course Clinic will have a number of campus teaching, learning, and technology experts on hand for one-on-one consultations. Stay in the main room to listen in, or participate in a group conversation. You may stop in and leave at any point during the clinics.

We'll offer new sessions to build on the experience and expertise developed in the autumn and to support instructors getting ready to teach online for the first time. Learn from peers, connect with campus experts, and get ready for any teaching modality. Come to one, come to all!
