Stanford Farm

Stanford University has been affectionately known as "The Farm" ever since it was established by founders Leland and Jane Stanford on their Palo Alto stock farm. Now, the O'Donohue Family Stanford Educational Farm is Stanford's home for hands-on learning in sustainable agriculture. This wonderful educational farm is open year round and offers workshops, volunteer opportunities, wellness courses and a space for student sustainability groups.
