Paige Hill

Paige A. Hill, from Peekskill, NY, is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science minoring in the Comparative Study of Race and Ethnicity. Her mixed-methods dissertation considers the political behavior of Black immigrants from anglophonic Caribbean and African countries to the United States and United Kingdom. More broadly, her research interests are in comparative immigration policy and political identity formation. Prior to Stanford, Paige worked in immigration legal assistance, was a Predoctoral Fellow at Princeton University, and earned a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University. Passionate about civic engagement and community-based research methods, Paige also completed a Stanford Research, Action, and Impact through Strategic Engagement doctoral fellowship.
