Jules Porter Thompson

Jules joined the office of VPGE as Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost, Dr. Stacey F. Bent, in September 2021. Her primary responsibility is to provide direct support of the Vice Provost’s calendar of meetings and events and other administrative projects within the office of VPGE. 

Previously, Jules provided executive support to Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Director of the Hoover Institution and the former Senior Associate Vice President of Finance at Stanford Financial Management Services. She has a BS in Commerce from DePaul University in Chicago. When not enjoying her work at Stanford, you’ll find Jules hiking the redwoods, biking or swimming.
