About

Jesus Guardado is a PhD Candidate in the materials science and engineering department at Stanford University. His research interests include structure-property relationships in organic semiconductors, tuning of microstructure, and interfacial science. Working with Professor Alberto Salleo in the field of organic electronics, Jesus focuses on interactions between novel electrolyte-gating materials and organic semiconductors. His work combines high-resolution x-ray techniques and data analysis to mechanistically understand how organic semiconductors unintentionally change or degrade when used while identifying ways to make more reliable and robust devices.
