December 2017 Meeting

May 2017 Meeting

The focus of the May 8, 2017 meeting was on long range planning and priority setting for graduate education at Stanford. Meeting details were shared via email. Here are some action items and resources from the meeting:

December 2016 Meeting

The focus of the December 6, 2016 Directors of Graduate Studies meeting was a discussion of the results from the PhD Exit Survey and demonstration of the website where the data can be analyzed. We also shared resources to support department and program’s recruitment of new graduate students and resources to support advising and new ideas for program improvement.

The PhD Exit Survey is available on the Institutional Research & Decision Support (IR&DS) website. Access is limited to department chairs, Dean’s office staff, and Directors of Graduate Studies.
