Naomi Chavez Peters, vice president and head of talent development, Sprinklr
Naomi has spent her professional career in leadership, organization development, and communications positions in several successful high tech firms.
Naomi is currently the Vice President and Head of Talent Development for Sprinklr, a pre-IPO tech company, which is the first unified front office platform for modern channels. With Sprinklr, enterprise customers can listen to their customers via modern social channels, learn what they want real-time, and provide exactly what their customers want - when they want it. She is responsible for onboarding, learning and development, and creating the pipeline of future leadership talent to support Sprinklr’s growth. She joined Sprinklr in May 2018, after spending 3 years consulting with her own firm, Great Leader Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, Naomi has spent her professional years inside 3 the fastest growing high tech firms in the world: Intel Corporation, Cisco and Salesforce, in progressively larger positions and increased responsibility.
Naomi has a passion for philanthropy, serving on boards and consulting with several non-profit organizations.

Leadership Dinners have limited seating. If you are accepted you must confirm your place by submitting a Student Participation Fee Agreement, which authorizes VPGE to charge $50 to your Stanford bill – only if you do not fully participate in the event.
