Victoria Woo is the founder of Human Catalyst, Chief Thriving Officer at Kissaah and a lecturer in the Department of Management Science & Engineering at Stanford. Woo has broad experience in start-ups, global marketing, business development and executive education. She markets products and services and manages teams for tech companies and financial and academic organizations in over 20 countries. Her research focuses on mechanisms that help an increasingly mobile and entrepreneurial workforce thrive. Woo graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a bachelor’s degree in economics and from the Weatherhead School of Management with a Ph.D.
