Saturday, November 2, 2019 -
5:00pm to 6:00pm
Tresidder Oak Lounge, 498 Santa Teresa Street, Stanford, CA 94305

How can we integrate deep contemplative practice within our fast-paced work and academic lives? In this talk and experiential workshop, Ying will share her journey of practice and of creating an inclusive culture in the workplace. Topics will include how the self, teams and organizations change from the inside out. She will illuminate her experince of how on the surface of life there is a lot of complexity, yet at depth, things are very simple. She will share ways to  practice and live from that deep source, integrate moment to moment, and facilitate integration for others.

Yingzhao Liu has recently been design director for international markets at LinkedIn, and is currently a lecturer at Stanford, and a strategist for the network leadership organization Converge for Impact. Drawing from Zen Buddhism as well as the Native American path, Ying is devoted to integrating deep spirtiual  practice with complex modern life. She is currently at work on a book about integration for Shambhala Publications.
