Women's Community Center (433 Santa Teresa Street)

Please RSVP here. We welcome those of all genders, identities, and backgrounds.

“How to be Fearless came out of all the coaching I was doing. Every single person that comes, no matter what they say they’re coming with, underneath it’s always fear.” –Lou Hamilton

Fear takes many forms, and when we listen to it, it can hold us back from living the kind of life we want for ourselves. But what if we could silence that fear, or even better, learn to fight back?

Artist, author, and life coach Lou Hamilton offers the tools we all need to live joyfully in an often scary and always unpredictable world. Through guided activities, small group discussions, and moments of quiet introspection, attendees will walk away from this workshop with a deeper understanding of the fears holding them back and with Lou’s First Aid Tips for transforming their fears into a powerful force for personal—and global—good.

Lou Hamilton is an accredited Senior Life and Creativity Coach, and the illustrator and author of Brave New Girl: How to Be Fearless (Sourcebooks, 2017).
