STANFORD GRADUATE SUMMER INSTITUTE (SGSI)

  • SGSI courses offer a unique opportunity for broad, cross-disciplinary learning, catalyzing new connections among students and postdocs across the entire Stanford community. Since its inauguration in 2006, SGSI has had over 1,500 participants. SGSI is a way to get the most our of your Stanford experience. Apply by Friday, May 10 for priority selection.

WORKSHOPS

  • Experience similar leadership curriculum as MBA students, as a condensed Leadership Labs workshop.

    Leadership Labs
    Topics include: Self-Knowledge, Team Development and Effectiveness, Personal and Social Competence, Leveraging Personality Differences, Conflict Management, and Influence, Power & Politics.
    Orientation: Thursday, June 20, 5:30-7:30 pm
    Labs: Mon.-Wed., June 24, 26, 28, 1:30-8:30pm (dinner provided). Apply by May 13.

  • Hear from business leaders and learn more about the skills and expertise of today’s liberal arts PhDs and how this talent adds value to organizations.
    BiblioTech 3: Take Hold of the Future

    Wednesday, April 24, 7:30 am – 6 pm.

  • Learn negotiation strategies and practice your skills in this intensive weekend workshop.
